What is Carême about?

The series stars Benjamin Voisin as Antonin Carême, a young pastry chef with big dreams. It’s a historical drama that contrasts the revolutionary fervor of the time with the opulent kitchens of Napoleon Bonaparte's court.
Antonin, along with his father, runs a humble patisserie while secretly sympathizing with the revolutionary movement.
